We are sorry you are unhappy with a Kred purchase you made on our site!
Kreds are Non-Refundable as stated in our User Agreement, which can be found here: https://www.kongregate.com/user-agreement
Nothing on this page should be read as an assurance that we will refund Kreds in your situation, but here are some cases where you should contacting us before spending the Kreds:
If you purchased Kreds by accident, for instance if you have accidentally purchased the wrong Kred bundle, in some cases, if you have not yet spent the Kreds we can assist you in getting a refund.
If you bought Kreds on the wrong Kongregate account of yours and the Kreds are not spent, in some cases, we can refund those Kreds and you can redo your purchase on the intended account.
Game Shutdowns:
If you bought Kreds in a game, but the game shut down for any reason, Kred refunds will ONLY be issued for the 30 day window before the game shutdown date. We are unable to process Kred refunds beyond that 30 day window, sorry for any inconvenience.
