If you can, contact the game's support team. The developer is always the best place to find support on in-game issues, though our team can help you get in touch with the developer directly if needed.
If you cannot contact the developer via game support options, send an email to support@kongregatesupport.zendesk.com requesting assistance. When you do, include the following information:
- Your Kongregate Username
- The name of the game you are playing
- A screenshot of the game screen as it appears on Kongregate.com
If you have contacted the developer already, please include any ticket numbers from that contact or the email address that you used to contact them.
